Hello my Bigger Pockets peepsAfter an arduous 4 months, I FINALLY an REO property ( a lovely "good bones" 3500 sq ft) home in a fancy schmancy gated golf community.

And it's very easy to dress for cool or cold weather and be comfortable.

Every out of work or under employed guy/gal in the building trades fancy themselves as the next success, and are willing to pay a few dollars more to win a property. 

The only part about it that I don't love is it that it uses wifi, so its battery life drains faster than the locks (currently sitting about 75% 3 months in).Ring floodlight camera mainly because we were familiar with it from our house.I also bought a fancy TCP Link router that has been easier to setup/use than the default one from the cable company.

She has even just entered their residence unannounced to "inspect" their housekeeping skills which is just dressed-up harassment.

I could get more fancy, but those are the basics.  

"Guru's" whom I won't name that focus on fancy BS  tag-lines to sell memberships conveniently skip this entire force factor.

Maybe they buy less fancy toilet paper (= renting cheaper places) but they will buy it nonetheless.

I worked on some non real estate international stuff at a young age and my boss sent me to korea and hong kong and said "come back well dressed" First nice suits I didn't borrow :) elkhorn buttons, working buttonholes, tailor made shirts...I was styling :) and it was maybe $500 for all that.

Don’t use the extra money to buy fancy shoes and a new hat—live comfortably but be frugal.
