I’m really pulling for them - I kid a lot on this site, but not this time.Also of note (and I don’t hold this against MSHB; although, given the number of times they must have had personal contact with the tenant in the last few months, they probably should have picked up on this:) The after-eviction walkthrough video that MSHB sent me caught a glimpse of a doghouse in the backyard - the tenant left a lot of piled up “personal property” outside, and the doghouse stuck out like a sore thumb, even as the camera panned very fast.

They also have the dummy cameras for cheap that blink that you can mount on the house.

@Wesley W.You can go on amazon and buy a drone with a camera for around $100 and take your own shots.

You can use the camera to scan a barcode and the phone will search prices on the internet AND stores around you to show you the best price.Of course Pandora (already mentioned) is a must, and if you like local radio then iheartradio is good to have.

I have a wide angle camera and do some light staging of the kitchen and baths.

Have a camera and ruler with you during the final walk-through and take lots of photos, with the landlord in the photo and/or that day's newspaper which shows the date.

Darren,I sent that letter in to the tenant certified. and I also posted it on the door, and captured an image of her taking it off (from my security camera).

The I-phone operating system is supposed to be more "intuitive" and it has a better camera.
