Quit notice template habitual late payments

Does anyone have a template of a quit notice for habitual late payment of rent?

Mina, if they pay every month but they are 10-20 days late, have you tried moving their rent due date to middle of month to time it with when they get paid?

I have some tenants that don't pay on 1st, but we agree on the lease when they will be paying based on when they get paid and it will be same date each month.
