Drew Slew First off, congrats on finding a way to live rent free while living in your first property.

For 40 years the club drew 250-400 attendees to its monthly meetings, as well as scores to its more specialized meeting throughout the month.

Thanks Drew - this is very helpful feedback and thanks for link too. 

We have done deals in the past with lenders in our area that have been quite difficult to work with (requiring excessive repairs to be done, unresponsive when we have questions, and drew out the loan process much longer than it should have been).
