Reputable Lender in Tulsa, OK

Hello,

As I am a new buy-and-hold rental real estate investor, I am seeking a reputable lender in the Tulsa area.  We have done deals in the past with lenders in our area that have been quite difficult to work with (requiring excessive repairs to be done, unresponsive when we have questions, and drew out the loan process much longer than it should have been).  We still have less than 3 loans, so we have been using conventional lending as opposed to commercial lending.  I'd also be interested to hear how you all have handle difficult lenders in past circumstances.

Thank you for your feedback and input!

Sincerely,

BH
