I failed to mention in my last post that I also apply leverage to each of my investments giving me the best returns with the lowest risk levels possible.I also employ a team of professionals who advise me on the best tax planning strategies and keep me out of harms way (lawsuits, and uncle sam)

You should walk in and tell the agent that you want to see the house as a comp, unless you're trying to get into a gated community or qualified buyers only showing, they will let you take a look.If you explain that you're an investor and trying to get a feel for the market, no harm no foul!
