The nicest place I looked at was in Frisco, around 1800 square feet, with beautiful finishes—hardwood floor, granite, etc.

Finishes would be medium luxury with granite countertops, two more bathrooms so that there is one on each floor, laundry in the Unit, and either hardwood or laminate flooring.

I wouldn't....You can run it up to a hardwood shoe molding with a bead of bath silicone around it. 

The cabin features hickory hard wood floors and wood ceilings and a stone fireplace.

You can't skimp and expect to pass inspections - and you shouldn't want to.I just bid a 3 car garage, 640 SF living area -one bedroom, one bath above, hardwood, quartz, full kitchen & stainless appliances, A/C- true turn key - at $267K. 

An upper apartment in the building I own has hardwood floors with agreat tenant.

Very disappointed in the product and will stick with what has always worked in the past - real hardwood or tile.

I am a big fan of hard wood although I don't think that it is good for a kitchen.

For example does your area require hardwood, tile or vinyl flooring? 

I had new tenants move in and the brand new hardwood started to buckle and come up.
