Luxury Vinyl Plank for a long room?

Hi all, we need to redo floors in a long-term hold rental house. Property is mid range for the area and located in Denver (so tile would be too cold in winter). $1850 rent, value of house is $275K. It's an open concept tri-level built in 1982. The main floor is one big room 35x20. I've been researching Allure, but have concerns about the long run. You're supposed to put in a transition for runs over 20 ft. This won't be great cosmetically.

Right now, I have Pergo in the kitchen area, transitioning to carpet for the living room. Pergo is in great shape. I'm replacing carpet throughout the house, but figure tenants would prefer wood look on this floor. What would you recommend?
