If the seller is behaving that way what else are they being unethical about?

Your speaking of this like it behaves as a step progression...today's weather is what it is, and then 100 years later it gets hotter. 

My misc is larger than most for various reasons including expensive umbrella policy (for various reasons I expect my umbrella to possibly be near highest on BP per the amount of coverage and I have decent amount of coverage).Net yearly income: If it had never been refinanced it would be having outstanding cash flow. 

I would prefer to be having cash-flowing properties sooner rather than waiting 10-15 years.I wonder if anyone could give advice on resources to understand the pros/cons of particular regions in New Zealand, or how you guys would go about deciding where to invest in New Zealand (for cash flow). 

If you manage them properly they will either do well or you will evict them if they don’t behave as expected.

We will be having another Athens REIA meeting soon.

I have learned as I became more seasoned that tenants are going to move on at different times and that I should never behave or react in a way that would be different if I knew they were not going to move out.
