Hello BP community! My name is Robert Carney, I am a 29 year old aspiring investor in the Athens, GA area. My wife and I have two kids a 1.5yr old and a 2mo old. So far my real estate background consists of two primary residence purchases. Shortly after buying our second home I stumbled across the BP podcast while researching retirement and wealth building strategies. My goal this year is to learn as much as I can about my local market, network, and keep working towards my first deal.
