Here is our process. 1- hire a professional pest control company 2- have the company provide you a prep sheet for the tenant ( basically these are the things the tenant is responsible to do prior to the treatment) so the company can successfully treat the infestation 3- give the tenant the pre sheet AND 24hr notice to enter this the date the treatment will take place and keep copies in their file4- have pest control treat on said date.
