That's one reason I don't look down on the people buying shiny new cars, clothes, stuff they don't need on credit cards.

They'll all just tell you they're smoking outside and it must be on their clothes, etc.  

Volunteer for a local non-profit, and not just in the food line or handing out clothes.  

Slightly off topic but if you replace the supply lines of your toilets do not forget to use the braided metal lines on the Clothes Washers.  

My theory is that they might have utilized that room to dry something.. like clothing.

And I'm old enough to realize that even though I don't have anything very fancy, when you look at replacing your furniture and clothing and pots and pans and bedding, let alone your electronics, it sure adds up in a hurry.I have never needed my homeowners or renter's insurance policies, but I would never be without them.

When I was in the Marine Corps, We had about 10 dryer's that were not drying clothes.

If they just have stuff all over the tables and clothes on the floor, or overflowing hampers, I wouldn't worry about it.If you want to do maintenance, and she's not being cooperative, then you'll have to just give her notice of when you will be entering, whether she's home or not, but she's welcome to be there, if she'd like.  

Food, clothing, and shelter are basic human needs.
