Defining what you seek in a partner / partnership.Then, it will be much easier to connect with the right partner(s) to form a synergy.Synergy defined: the interaction or cooperation of two or more organizations, substances, or other agents to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects.Individual partner contributions can include: funding, lead sourcing, project management, mentorship / consulting, labor, etc. or a combination of these.Bigger Pockets has been an excellent platform to find like-minded individuals to form partnerships with, speaking from my experience.

Real Estate lies on value for all parties concerned but value is measured through compensation in this game.Definitely no harm in being your own realtor to gain access to MLS properties but you could still conjure up relationships with realtors where they can get more involved with your project not just as realtors but as project managers or even partners.
