MidTerm Rental Landlords using AirBnB…

Posted

Question, not sure if you can answer or direct me to a good source.

I received an ABB inquiry if I would accept cash for a 30 day stay at my property.

I’m scared to reply on the ABB platform because it may break one of their rules.

Has anyone been able to take a guest inquiry off line without being taken off their site?

Stick to their platform unless you have a verified set of documents and Terms and Conditions that's been looked at by a lawyer or professional party. Do yourself the justice of keeping terms/leases tight.
