The system we use is Appfolio, so owners get their own online portal to check the status of their ledger, review the inspection reports of their property, and have a bunch of built in reporting.

Right now I use Cozy.co and it has been excellent for self-manging my own properties; however, as I add more units of my own and take on management of properties for others, I'll need to switch to a platform with features like an owner's portal and all the related reporting.

@Chen Tong I am still a Rook but to me it seems like there is no deals in Seattle, at least on the MLS portals like Redfin. I feel like most are getting deals off market.

At a bare minimum, you'll need someone (licensed agent) who can get your property listed on HAR.com, the local public portal for the MLS.
