How to properly self-manage my rentals? Software

Hi everyone,

I'm new to BP and I'm already loving this platform! What a great resource for RE professionals.

I figured I utilize this resource the best I can and tap into the collective know-how here. I currently own 9 rentals (single family) and I prefer self-management. As I am growing my port-folio some of my portfolio I am considering expanding to other areas. I'd like to continue to self-manage my properties as much as possible. What kind of services do people use? Does anyone use software (and which software) to run their rental business?
