I dance a lot, too.I also do what you listed in #3 Savers (though I have a different but similar term for it).Whenever I feel like I've hit a wall or feel tired, I get out of my routine & take long walks around the neighborhood or park & casually observe nature.

Go to the court house steps or other arena where houses are up for auction, and observe the big guys and gals who are actively buying properties to flip (be prepared for a cold reception - just watch how they do what they do); my husband and I did that and decided that wasn't the way we wanted to buy properties, but did learn something in the process.Join a local REIA and get involved, volunteer to help out in the organization and/or with another member of the group with their properties and projects.

However, we can observe that renovated homes may sell faster, which can this render a time adjustment - but time adjustments are tricky requiring lengthy explanations in the addenda.
