Here is what I would do....saturate the area with vinegar then come back with baking soda on top of that.

And if your market is not saturated you stand a better chance of a quicker sale.Lastly, bear in mind Nov. and Dec. are your hardest months to sell.

They do seem to be more patient, sometimes.I did a blog post about this on my site, but generally we've saturated the market so well that men are just as used to women in real estate investing as men.Also, I did notice a competitive advantage: I'm able to think of and put finishing touches in my homes (paint colors, little decorative items), that make my homes feel "cozy," thus extremely easy to rent out.

I can not explain the chemical process, but that is what has been explained, demonstrated, and drilled into me by countless educators.Using bleach to "kill mold" usually means that the user plans to saturate a surface with bleach.

Perhaps it was because I didn't pay the annual subscription fee (I actually paid 8% per transaction--much higher than Airbnb's 3%), so my listing was buried (and in my opinion, VRBO is saturated, plus their interface was ugly when I was using it - I don't know what it looks like now, and changing pricing was a struggle).
