If emotional attachment is an issue, or if the move is unwanted but necessary, the sellers agent might be able to speak to some of that, provided they seller has given permission.

The only con I have come across through reading is it that I would have to disclose every move I make if I am trying to wholesale the deal or have a "investor" stake in it (buy for myself, flip, sub 2).

I believe you will have a positive result if you are positive etc...Our move is to Montana, but strictly for the outdoors and beauty of the state and the people are some of the kindest people.
