My letter sets forth the same content, but in more detail.The last time a Tenant terminated the lease early, I satisfied my damages (“cost of reletting”) out of the Tenant’s security deposit.You should study your State statutes and your Lease Agreement and follow the law in your State.

I passed when they told me that could not lien for my fiduciary services (which was an immediate thumbs down to their proposition), When you purchase real estate at foreclosure sale, you are buying the real property subject to all senior liens, rights of possession, etc. therefore, the personal property (contents) would be treated no differently for a deceased owner as it would a living owner, pursuant to the foreclosure laws of that state and any federal statutes in place at the time (I'm not aware of any the latter).

Check your state statutes carefully, and file the demand for rent and notice to evict (or whatever they are called in Georgia) exactly the way Georgia requires it, or you may have to start all over once you get to court.I do agree with Joel Owens that this could be an intentional ploy to manipulate you into reducing the rent.
