I get home from work and the jobs not done. they didn't put the trim on (they claim the other contractors took it and that since it was expensive they wouldn't be able to get more) the sink was loose and shaking around, the shower door was hung inside out (yes, there are stickers that clearly day how it's supposed to sit) and over all it's just not a good job.

The law of course covers even the most slight particle of lead dust found, but in reality the law was intended to going after properties with these huge chunks of paint pealing from the ceiling and window trim that looks like someone spreaded stripper over it and 3 2-year-olds crawling around.

My contractor was given one of my units already 1/3 done, it needed a beam in the kitchen, the cabinets, new flooring, windows trims, interior doors, tiles in the bathroom and put up bath vanities and paint the unit.

I have costed a typical 10x10 bedroom trim, paint,electric fixtures, light fixtures door knobs hinges etc... so that I have a ballpark per bedroom I can put into my budget.no perfect method with out decades of experience and great awareness of current price/ trends
