I don't see much wrong if an individual wants their barber to perform a tooth extraction or a blood letting, but the state wants dentistry, medicine...and even barber's to be licensed and to perform only the activities that they are licensed to do in order to protect the public interest.

He has good income, no evictions, quiet and a non-smoker (he also didn’t smell like smoke and also didn’t smell like an overload of cologne in hopes of masking the smell) So day one he moves in, looks like his girlfriend his helping him move in.

So I ask the current tenant today if we could schedule a walk-through where she'd leave the doors cracked, then leave the unit, we'd enter with masks and gloves (or no touching) for a few minutes and be done.
