What do you plan on using for heat in place of a heat pump....a coal burning stove?

You have a built in stove and fridge in the cabinets...what are you going to do with the spaces remaining after the appliances are removed?

Is it normal to rent a house which does not have a hood or any kind of exhaust on the kitchen stove.

I can see not wanting a wood-burning fireplace/insert/stove.

Then we had a $125 cleaning fee and were expected to sweep, mop, clean out and wipe down frig, oven, microwave, stove, toilet, bath, sinks and counters. 

It's a pretty easy process, you'll want to have the measurements of the kitchen, specifically how long the cabinets are, where the stove is and the refrigerator. 

Things work, but inspectors so far recommend replacing things.Tomorrow, I will have a different electrician and plumber from Mend Services look at the house's electrical and plumbing system.

Karen,Being a chef myself (not a professional or anything) in addition to a high end rehab flipper, the gas selection is a no brainer, electric stoves suck for cooking in my opinion and any chef worth his salt would agree gas the the best choice.
