Posted

Does anyone have a cheap solution to ugly Formica countertop in a rental property in Portland Oregon. Either new modern laminate or other suggestions welcome.

Check out Quality Home Building Supply, Alice and her daughters are awesome for granite.  It's a pretty easy process, you'll want to have the measurements of the kitchen, specifically how long the cabinets are, where the stove is and the refrigerator.  They give you a quote in 15 minutes.  We use them for almost all of our rentals and recommend that our clients use them as well.
