One alternative to entering off of the lane is to enter my property off of a neighbors driveway but, I do not have legal permission to enter off of their lane yet so I would need to hire a surveyor/lawyer to change the land plat rights or deed.

Much simpler, and no need to struggle over handwriting or typing information from the paper copy to some online form, so there are time savings there as well.I would have some concerns about using Google Forms for this since you're collecting sensitive information (SSN) and are also getting legal permission to run someone's credit, which is a hard inquiry.

Give that manager permission to share pertinent information regarding your ability to close the loan on time.There are still knucklehead lenders out there who will say whatever it takes to get a borrower to start the loan app, then try to talk their way out of whatever crap storm they create when they actually do their homework and find out that the borrower has issues.I closed on a residential sale 2 weeks ago where the borrower had a pre-approval.

I haven't had time to dig into the permitting of the conversion but my understanding from the seller is they did everything with the city's permission.
