Hello,

I was wondering if anybody in the Dallas/Fort Worth area has had any success in using their investment properties as Airbnb's. If so I'd be very interested in meeting up as I'm thinking of going this route after listening to the BP podcast from last week featuring Zeona McIntyre.

@Sara Bill & @Eric C. I turned it into a corporate rental by posting it on a corporate rental board. I personally use Corporate Housing By Owner/ CHBO. You usually get traveling nurses staying 2 - 3 months and you can charge up to $2500/mo off of 1 bedroom units. Usually their job or insurance company is paying their room and board so it's guaranteed money.
