Does anyone know of any insurance companies serving southeast PA that would insure this type of property? 

My other suggestion would be Apollo Beach, to the South East of Tampa.

Hi everyone,Are there any local (STL) investors who're familiar with the Tower Grove South/East, Shaw, Fox Park, Mckinley Heights, Benton Park/Benton Park West neighborhoods who might be able to offer some advice on property numbers criteria for a 2-4 unit house hack?

For me I couldn't qualify for a SFH to house hack and ended up buying a 2 bed 2 bath townhouse for $260k that I added an additional bedroom to in south east Denver.

A better way I do it in columbus is that I search by who pulled permits on the immediate streets north, south, east and west of me and I call those contractors to talk to them.

In short, Southeast Austin is popular among the young professionals while those with kids head to Northwest Austin along with areas like Cedar Park/Leander.  

I would love to take these people to Southeast Asia, and show them what life is like in a junk hut!

I am looking to purchase residential properties in South-East Florida where the vendor will take back a mortgage for at least 70% of the value.
