Looking For Contractor In Columbus

Omri Galili
Posted

Hi!

I need to find a good contractor with license for 2 flip deals in Columbus OH.

I'm looking for a long time already and can't find a reliable one.

If someone know it'll be great to get some recommendations!

Thank you all in advance!

Omri, you can actually go to the columbus zoning department website and lookup Home Improvement Contractors (HIC) or General Contractor licenses and there is a full list that you can look up and call and email. A better way I do it in columbus is that I search by who pulled permits on the immediate streets north, south, east and west of me and I call those contractors to talk to them. Best way I think because if they have multiple projects they have experience and know about the kinds of houses you flip. Someone that pulls permits closely has already rehabbed a house and gone through all the complexities. Feel free to PM me and I can send you the website as well.
