I feel like i have a good grasp on a lot of the process except the dealing with contractors part...

I feel that I have a decent grasp on the numbers & lingo but no clue on markets.

We are QIs for 1031 exchanges nationally but he's a local WA CPA who has a comprehensive grasp on REI from the accounting perspective.

Of course, I am also willing to help out in any way that I can.My background is in architecture, so I have a good grasp of the technical aspects of construction materials and methods.

I'm trying to learn and absorb as much as I can and although I think I have an understanding of most things, I'm still trying to grasp how to analyze a market, how to value a house, do comps, and probably how to build a buyer's list/find buyer's.

I'm aware I don't need licensed to pursue them but I'm only 21 and this is helping me out a lot already grasping the knowledge and so forth.

Hey All, As a new investor i've been struggling to grasp how to figure the 'Comps and ARV' thing to get 'the numbers to work' for me.

Looking at a commercial multifamily building and am trying to get a grasp on the average.

Hopefully you grasp this concept.

It took us a while to understand this but once you can grasp the concept it's a pretty big game changer.
