Opinion of Brokerages

I'm currently taking my second part of my prelicensing courses in Pennsylvania. It will be completed by March 16, also really confidence in passing the exams. I been reaching out to brokerages, surprised by the immediate responses and what not.  So therefore there are about 15 that have contacted me regarding setting up appointments. I managed to kind of narrow it down to about 2-4 places. Any suggestions on where to go and tips? I would list the names but it's late and there's a bunch. Thanks everybody for taking their time to read this!

If you fail, they get to collect desk fees, etc.

If you succeed, they get a cut of your success.

It's normal that any brokerage you call will want you to come hang your license there.

You may want to think of yourself as a customer, looking for the highest level of service. Which of them is going to give you the most (mentorship etc) for what you are paying? Which of them has the vision to understand that if they spend time on you to make you a killer agent that is loyal to them, there's long term big picture income in it for them?
