I started networking and engaging on BP while in NZ, that lead to my first US purchase of 4plex and Arkansas within the first year. 8 months down the track and through BP i now have network of professionals including, Property manager, Lenders, Accountant, Attorney, Realtors, Contractors, and other investors.   

I made good friends in Arkansas and JAX Fl although i don't live in these markets.

Is it a property zoned as a R-1 but there are multiple separate dwellings on that property?

You’ve already accepted only a 5.9% cap instead of at least a 2% higher cap rate from an investment in AR, OH, or MI.

I drive past West Memphis all the time as my family lives in Marion, AR.

I still have family there but not in Det anymore ..they have long moved north to the middle of the state ..
