Hi everyone my name is Nakisha Henderson. I am a 22 year old who was born and raised in Memphis, TN. I graduated from the University of Memphis with a B.P.S. in Organizational Leadership and a minor in Child Development last Mother's Day. I am currently working on my Master's at Arkansas State University.

Why Real Estate you might ask? Well I have always been fond of real estate because my dad was a property manger and both my parents love the idea of remodeling. Watching them struggle to make ends meat kind of motivated me to explore real estate a little more.

By the time I graduated from high school the market was not so great so I gave it a rest. Well about two days ago I couldn't sleep, and started looking up real estate facts which lead me here to Bigger Pockets. I am currently looking for my niche which might be wholesale and single family homes. I am still researching and networking, but I'm eager and hungry to learn what this is all about.
