The city has a rule that lawns can't be longer than eight inches, and I knew on that day the tenant had cut his grass. i called the inspector and told him I had pictures of the properly trimmed lawn so he stammered something about grass in the driveway cracks.I went around town and took pictures of other houses with true overgrowth and grass in the driveway cracks.
