Your client has been legitimately and severely harmed and there is a $1m primary policy and a $5m umbrella policy ready to pay.

But, if not, I wouldn't unless it escalates, which hopefully/probably it won't.I've heard that one of the Catch-22s of a restraining order is the defendant needs to be notified of the victim's workplace and home addresses so they know where "not" to go.

I think it will ultimately result in regulations that harm the industry...all because a few bad apples took advantage of the lack of oversight.
