Property management in Fall River MA
Good evening,
I currently have 16 units in Fall River that Iv been stabilizing over the last year. I work 80+ hours a week so it becomes hard for me to manage the units, which is why i hired the PM. Unfortunately the PM I currently have in place is very..slow. They are extremely reactive and take no initiative. I end up just managing the PM on how to manage the tenets. That being said Im looking for any PM suggestions that have a proven track record of stabilizing properties without over charging with BS service fees. Ideally once I find a new PM I can trust I’ll be able to pick up another 10-15 units.
I purchase these properties on my own so I really need to find a PM that is willing to take initiative and reaches out to me instead of me having to reach out to them.
