Exp Realty or Keller Williams

I’m doing research on brokerages and I’m trying to decide if a traditional brick and mortar like Keller Williams is the way to go or if I should take the plunge with Exp Realty.

Training and support/network is most important to me. I’m a self starter and I like the flexibility of having everything cloud based but I don’t want to set myself up for a slow start to real estate.

Any agents have thoughts about this?

I've worked for Keller Williams, Berkshire Hathaway, Sotheby's and eXp twice. I am at eXp now. It's simple between these two. If you want more in-person agent training off the bat, which you will pay for in mentorship fees, and want the opportunity for desk space of phone time (not worth it IMO), then it's KW. If you want to learn online, be left alone unless you need help, not pay for brick and mortar and have limited fees, eXp. With that said, I am not at all an eXp evangelist, I think the branding is terrible, but that's why I have my own team and I am there because the money is the best. eXp is 80-20, 16k cap for ALL agents no matter who you are. KW has a different split for everyone and you will start way lower and you never know who has better splits. Hope that helps.
