The midterm races will be interesting but citizens tend to vote with their pocket book on Senate races and Presidential races.

It is the new class of citizens who are entitled to whatever they want without actually earning it.

Why increase the risk by seeking out a prospective tenant who has already proved that in some capacity or another they were unable to do the right thing and be an honorable citizen??

The reason the idea was attractive to me is that I know there are quite a few senior citizens around my neighborhood which could potentially be motivated sellers (and their friends and family that drive through the neighborhood).  

He might actually be a citizen there.
