I have  a photographic memory and keep everything in my head but it's time to start putting it on paper.

Your primary residence is the place you and your wife will live, entertain friends, make memories and possibly babies :).  

I've have a couple of rough years (car accident in which I lost my memory, and also young the air force but being medically discharged).

@Brian P - I understand your not wanting to share your probate secrets with all the world, however with a 54 year marriage it would great to at least write down your secrets and keep them in a safe place (if your memory is anything like mine, that is).

That gives the memory plenty of time for three recalls,  to recall that option as they think of other things related to that property.

Hi @Tyler HodgsonIf you decide to allow paymens, you should memorialize the change in a lease addendum, so the terms are very clear. 

You don't need to inspect each one, just go in and get an idea and put it to memory or take nice notes.
