You are in a good position, take a breath and look at what you have to offer.Most people who have capital to invest are looking for someone they can Joint Venture - where they still have a level of involvement (comfort), but none of the operating responsibility.

You decide you need more time to put together your notes, a script, or just collect your breath, so you don’t answer the phone.

I offer $175K and hold my breath. 2 weeks later I get an email “Can you do better?”

Hi All...Just joined last night and have found this site to be a wonderful resource and a breath of fresh air compared to other sites whose main goal is to separate you from your $$$.

Simply saying, if you work your tail off, eat, breath and sleep real estate, look for opportunities in all kinds of properties, work well with others, be smarter than most, take risk but not too much, you too can retire with dignity....maybe at an early age.Good luck!

All air has mold in it including the air you are breathing now.Most mold is harmless to most people.

I normally don't like upfront fees but theirs is minimal and I did hold my breath til closing but I have no complaints.
