It's a challenge to even compare the estimates I get because they are all so different and I want to compare apples to apples.I'd like to hire a third party (neutral party) to come in and give me a workflow punchlist type thing...with the order things need to be done and approximate fair price. 

I would suggest that you look into incorporating Land Trust in your flip workflow.

All firms will stop taking on new clients at various points during the spring filing season as part of good workflow management. 

For context, I work as a project manager for a real estate developer in Northern Virginia.I have read about the benefits of using a Virtual Assistant (VA) to free up time and I would love to implement into my workflow.

Is the workflow inappropriate?

I've been working/consulting on automating the due diligence process for sometime, its tricky because data integrity is everything and some counties are better than others handling and storing their data so we had to adjust and keep adjusting to ALL THE MANY different variables but i believe we were able to build a "foundation" to where at least the platform cuts the time it takes to do due diligence to about 30 min, some I was able to discard in under 5 min (Hoa foreclosure) .I like the idea of starting with "small" processes, fully automating them (or making them as efficient as possible) then putting them together to address a niche market need i.e due diligence for properties sold at auction, prospecting short sales, lien search workflows,  etc. 

Does anyone use AMOCRM and if so looking for a workflow template for real estate investing.

I will look to the city to see if they allow extended stay , that was the direction I was going to go with them to cut down on the daily work flow.
