From age 13-21, I primarily made a living as a performing musician playing gigs with a "for profit" band. 

Only allow artists, musicians, creatives into those 2 buildings and all their outside space would be common area?

I'm a part-time professional musician, part-time school band director, part-time private lesson teacher, part-time stay at home dad, and part-time real estate investor.
