I have VAs who do the initial follow up to all responses to our post cards or mailers.

The only reason I used one is because my brokerage provides a network of VAs to choose from within a company called SkySlope. 

As for tasks, we use VAs and other resources, paid or otherwise.

One of my meetup attendees has VAs cold calling for him, 2 of them doing 35 cold calls a day each.

You will need a lead generation system which brings in leads which can be vetted by VAs for $5-$8/hour using Upwork.

You can find good VAs via Upwork for $5-$8/hour and their time spent is verified and trackable.

Dan,  We do buy leads,  do email marketing and call calling suing VAs, We also get a lot of leads with a referral program,  social media finally is starting making leads for us, and when I buy a property using an agent, I do not ask for commission I prefer to get the deal rather than the 3% commission,  those happy agent have been giving me deals for years
