I own several properties in the San Francisco Bay area and the tenant pool that has recently been attracted to one of my vacant properties has been utterly entitled- as evident from their visit all the way through to their references (in cases where we get to the application stage).

I had a fitness studio o while back that failed miserably thanks to an utter lack of knowledge.

@Christopher Jackson I second the above opinions, I tried to buy a few tapes back in 05.... and its an utter joke the broker daisy chains are a joke.. these things move in the many millions of dollars to 100's of millions..Small commercial bank REO like Jon says is an option many times the banks will have that inventory right on their websites. 

That is complete and utter bs.

Sorry Naga, I'm not sure where in the world you are from...but this is an utter waste of time.  

The line of garbage about him doing you a favor is utter crap.

If so it certainly is not revolutionary ideals that is the problem but an utterly too compliant people.
