Call me overly cautious but for my first multifamily venture, I can do without the uneasy feeling in my gut. 

Quite honestly, I'm a little uneasy about NOT paying 20% down. 5-10% means a lot to be on the hook for if any problems arise, non-paying renter, big repairs. 

Historic property makes me uneasy... plus high end rental property are usually short term tenants who are building a dream home or just around for the shorter term.

It was a very unbecoming situation, & made me uneasy.

I know interest rates are high and it's making several people feel uneasy and sometimes throwing the numbers off or making it harder to find a good deal. 

I guess I feel uneasy talking about potentially tearing down walls, or any extensive renovations; as to not scare the seller thinking I'm going to lowball them because "the house needs so many repairs/renovs."

I just feel uneasy about having to rely on these people to send me items after the property has been transferred and closed.

I didn't go in but noticed it was trashed and they were uneasy for sure. 

Our outflows of people is exceeding our inflows, and that makes me a little uneasy as well, to ensure the place is bought at a discount, just in case. 

That brother has since not re-offended thankfully and we have an uneasy understanding between us.
