If they will be going east of the mountains late spring would be better since the roads can be unpredictable this time of year, especially if they aren't used to driving in snow.Summer will allow them to experience a lot of the outdoor activities available since the weather will be drier and more things will be going on outside.

Hopefully next week will be a little drier and we can get our walls formed and poured.

Don't ask the total costs for those, but now I have a new washer drier at one home and new tenants paying a higher rent (and paying rent) at another. 

That is what sent most tumbling down after the last market shift..

We also had a washer-drier need replacing and another tenant gave notice as she got pregnant again and couldn't afford to pay the rent. 

They get defeated in a few years.. get tired of dumping money into a home only to have the tenant trash it once again.. and then they dump them to the local wholesaler and the cycle continues.. thats the reality.Now I like your thought about pride of ownership.. and where i See that is on some blocks in south side chicago.. and we know that can be a rough and tumble area.. but you will see big signs at the corner of the block announcing a homeowner or resident association and those blocks are very nice.. it takes the residents themselves to lift up the area. 

Everything tumbled to the ground after COVID wiped us completely out, from 10 employees down to nothing except my computer.

Also, the market here has seen nearly 40% rent growth but been tumbling in the past few months.

Then when the market crashed, those houses of cards came tumbling down.

Any treatment for bedbugs is only effective if all clothing and bedding is also treated (usually by placing in a hot drier for a couple hours).
