hi investors, i was wondering if anyone here has had an experience with Renatus. they have been trying to get me to sign up for there courses for a while. they are really expensive and i just don't know if this is the direction i want to go. i want to get out of debt not in more...lol!!!

Never pay to learn about real estate, however BiggerPockets charges for other membership... How is that different? I think that everyone would pay for something if it brought value... And people do. I am not a supporter of Renatus in any way, but I am a firm supporter of entrepreneurship and paying for the value a company brings, whether it is Real Estate, Licensing, Sales, etc. THAT is how our economy grows. This "I deserve it for free" mentality is what hurts our economy and I'm sure would hurt your lifestyle if you never got paid for the value of service you bring. Felt I needed to clarify that.
