I'm guessing for that reason it makes sense to have a VA that has a relatively similar time zone to the US so they can call prospective buyers back.

Ideally this person understands the expat / international investor market and wouldn't mind providing consultations across timezones.

E-mails are a great way to work and communicate 24 hrs a day and without regard to time zones.

Texas values are created by both cash flow and huge influx of population and jobs.. check out Portland Oregon.... half the price CA. with some good up side and basically zero % vacancy.. no time zone change etc.

@David Begley  we love cabo its super easy for us to get there being that we don't have to go through a time zone.. and people in LA and San Deigo its a no brainer 2 hour flight.. kind of like going from Miami to any of the Caribbean islands.  

Most of the live training sessions are held during typical business hours, but they are on PST, so you should be able to find some in your time zone & many are recorded so you can watch any time. 

You could look up here in the Northwest our prices are far more affordable and it offers cash flow and appreciation.. although competition for the great deals is keen but its same time zone. and only 1.5 hours flight for 200 dollars.

Not to mention having someone on a different time zone could help catch those middle of the night inquiries, that I miss sometimes. 

because there's difference in time zone I want want to make sure he/she is able work through email before contact them by phone.
