I hear that airbNb has removed listings owned by Jewish homeowners in the disputed territories of the West Bank.

They should not be venturing into this territory since they do not have the skill set to safely do the job. 

Likewise, it is familiar territory as we were raised in mobile homes, and my aunt owns a park. 

Luckily, I have not had any issues with either Cozy or Zelle so this may be unfamiliar territory. 

This is torts territory, not contract law.

@Wayne Brooks A flat fee seems dubiously close to getting into net listing territory.

But after further reflection, I think what you're talking about doing might cross the ethical line into fraudulent territory.
