Indianapolis has several great areas for investing in the city and surrounding suburbs.

Though I’m based just outside Boston at the moment (Medford), I’m aiming to invest in smaller suburban and rural communities in the surrounding region.

Your options in the Iowa Quad Cities are going to be Davenport, Bettendorf, and our surrounding mostly newer suburbs, which tend to be more expensive and less likely to cash flow.

They are creatures of habit, and get more upset with new surroundings than dogs. 

I love Chicago and its surrounding suburbs because there are so many great multi-family options!
