So we are out of construction loan and needed to stroke checks this month... so now all in is 700k.... price's are firming on the sale end so we may be able to recoup Half of this over run based on market rise.

I am not bragging or stroking my own ego here, but I see so many forum posts of people who had a bad experience and talk about how they wanted to quit, or asking people if they should quit.To be honest, quitting has never crossed my mind.
